Bookings:
1. Booking for The Guest Room can be made in advance. 
2. Booking for the Guest room can be made by Affiliated Club members through their respective clubs.
3. Rooms will be confirmed on receipt of full advance and a confirmatory email sent by the Affiliated club.
4. Booking to be made by affiliated club on behalf of affiliated member by sending an email to club mentioning the check in/out date.
5. An advance towards the room either by Cash / Online / DD / NEFT to be paid for confirmation.
6. Club membership card to be presented at the time of check in.
7. Affiliated members cannot bring guests.

Tariffs:
1. For Members & Affiliated Club Members: Rs.2800 per day (AC Deluxe Room)
2. For Members & Affiliated Club Members: Rs.5600 per day (Suite)
3. Extra Bed Rs.700 per day.
4. Taxes as applicable will be charged extra.
5. Breakfast Buffet Complimentary.

Note:
1. Check-in time: 12:00 noon & Check-out time: 11.00 am
2. Room confirmation only on receipt of advance payment and confirmatory email.
3. Payment for Affiliated members will be by Cash / DD / Debit card / Credit card.

Cancellations:
1. Before 48 Hours : 100 % Charges
2. Before 3 Day's : 50 % Charges
3. Before 4 Day's : 40 % Charges
4. Before 5 Day's : 30 % Charges
5. Before 6 Day's : 20 % Charges
6. Before 7 Day's : 10 % Charges
